So these last few weeks haven’t been very good. I’ve come off my detox, I got sick and work has been really busy. I haven’t been well prepared, which means that I haven’t had time to prepare healthy meals. I’m totally broke, so I haven’t had money to buy nice fresh fruit. I haven’t been the the gym.
But this week, I’m going to get back into it.
My naturpaoth is like a mental lady. I’m not sure if I really have a wheat or dairy intolerance.
I’m just going to eat healthy.
Let’s not make it a thing. Keep it simple stupid. If I am hungry - have fruit, veges or nuts. Avoid refinded carbs. Don’t drink fizzy drinks. Have breakfast.
Simple. Lets do this!
